成昭华,男,1968年9月生,1996年获中国科学院物理研究所博士学位,1996-1998年作为洪堡学者在德国马普金属所工作,1999-2000年在加拿大Dalhousie 物理系工作。1999年获百人计划,2001年获国家杰出青年基金。现任中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院磁学国家重点实验室主任。

获得成果
最近五年来,先后从事新型间隙稀土金属间化合物的结构与磁性,新型纳米复合永磁材料的微结构与磁性,La-Ca-Mn-O巨磁电阻氧化物,磁性纳米结构与自旋电子学和穆斯堡尔谱学等磁学前沿领域的研究。在国际主要学术刊物上发表论文100余篇,被他人引用600余次。1995年被美国物理学会邀为Appl. Phys. Lett./J. Appl. Phys.杂志审稿人;1997年分获中国物理学会叶企孙物理奖,国家教委科技进步二等奖和甘肃省科技进步二等奖。入选1999年度中国科学院“百人计划”,2001年获国家杰出青年基金。现主持国家“973”重大项目“自旋电子材料、物理与器件;参加国家”973“重大项目”稀土功能材料的基础研究“,2005年获北京市科学技术一等奖,2006年获第九届中国青年科技奖。
研究课题
目前正在进行的研究项目有:国家“973”重大项目《自旋电子材料、物理与器件》、国家“973” 重大项目《稀土功能材料的基础研究》,国家杰出青年基金、国家基金委重点基金,中国科学院“百人计划”和中科院重大项目。主要从事自旋电子材料的显微结构表征,低维人工结构材料(包括磁性量子点、磁性纳米线以及磁性超薄膜)的磁性及其自旋结构表征,磁性金属/半导体异质结构以及半导体自旋电子学,过渡金属氧化物(单晶、多晶和薄膜)与巨磁电阻材料的结构、自旋相关输运,稀土永磁薄膜以及稀土-过渡族化合物的结构、磁性和磁熵变,扫描隧道隧道显微学(包括自旋极化)和穆斯堡尔谱学(低温强磁场)在磁学及磁性材料中的应用等方面的研究。
